We appreciate your interest in Rossman School and are committed to making your introduction to our school both welcoming and informative. This Web site provides an extensive overview of Rossman and we hope you will take the opportunity to explore!

A Rossman education is characterized by a progressive and fine academic program with an equally strong emphasis on character development. Children are challenged and supported in a small, nurturing environment. The sequential eight-year curriculum begins in Junior Kindergarten (ages four to five years) and continues through sixth grade. The school day is 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. After school enrichment and extended day options are available until 6:00 p.m. for an additional charge.

For more than 95 years Rossman has provided an excellent elementary education. As you explore your options for your child, please call to schedule a personal tour and meeting. It is important for you to see the Rossman children and educators in “their school” on a regular school day.

We look forward to you meeting our faculty and students and getting to know you. Our traditions are notable and the reality of children cheerfully and purposefully engaged in the learning process is delightful to observe!

Sincerely,
Katharine Baldwin Durham
Director of Admission
