One Class Per Grade

A small, intimate community of one class per grade provides a personal and supportive climate that cultivates confidence, encourages risk taking and improves learning. With an 8:1 student to teacher ratio, Rossman School’s veteran faculty are dedicated to discovering and nurturing that which makes each student one-of-a-kind.

Two Teachers in Every Classroom

Our unique team teaching model ensures every child receives lots of individual attention every day. Two full-time homeroom teachers work together to plan, deliver and assess instruction. This gives students two teachers to connect with and two teachers to support them when needed.

Where Character Takes Root

Our “Rossman Families” program creates lifelong friendships across grades and cultivates the Rossman values of kindness, honesty, respect and responsibility. Family Gatherings help students feel valued as part of our larger school community and develop habits of character that positively impact academic learning.
